Two pets (cat and or dog) per apartment allowed. If two pets in the apartment, the combined maximum weight must be 50 lbs. Maximum pet weight of any one pet is 30 lbs. A $500 pet fee per pet and a monthly $25 pet rent is assessed for each pet. Any and all cleaning, replacements, and damages caused by such pet are charged to the resident upon discovery. The following must be provided to management, photo of pet as well as documentation of pet weight from your veterinary. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. Pet rules of the lease agreement are strictly enforced.
